Adele New Album ‘Not Impressive’ To Some? Release Of Record Expected This Fall

Although the much-anticipated new album from Adele hasn't really seen its release, some people are starting to think that the record wouldn't be as great as her previous efforts.

Gorillaz mastermind Damon Albarn recently went on an interview, which was reported by New Zealand Herald, and revealed of what he thinks about the new album from Adele, who he got to work with.

Albarn described the "Rolling In The Deep" singer to be "very middle of the road."

"Adele asked me to work with her and I took the time out for her," Albarn revealed in an interview.

"I'm not a producer, so... I don't know what is happening really. Will she use any of the stuff? I don't think so. Let's wait and see."

"The thing is, she's very insecure. And she doesn't need to be, she's still so young," Albarn added.

Meanwhile, fans on the other hand, couldn't wait for the release of the new album from Adele, as it was hinted to come out last year.

In addition to that, it has been announced in a Daily Mail report that an unnamed source said that she wouldn't do a tour to support her record.

According to the source, Adele wouldn't push through with road shows, as she doesn't want to leave her baby in addition to her strained vocal cords that got her off the scene a few years back.

"There are no concrete plans for a tour," a source reportedly said. "In fact, people at the label admit they are clueless about whether Adele will tour at all. It's understood she is not keen to travel with Angelo as she adores quiet family life."

"Specialists have warned repeated straining of her vocal cords could lead to a relapse," the source continued.

The new Adele album is reported to come out in November but without a release date until now.
