Beyoncé’s Father Spills On Destiny's Child Reunion Even If They Don’t Want To Work With Him?

Mathew Knowles, Beyoncé's father, spilled on some big Destiny's Child plans recently as reunion rumors for the group continue to circulate. His revelation happened just months after rumors buzzed that the group does not want to work with him.

In an interview with Huffington Post, he said a movie and book about the girl group will be coming soon.

"I'm working on a few Destiny's Child projects right now," he said. "My second book will be the autobiography of Destiny's Child. I'm talking to the film and TV community right now, regarding a Destiny's Child movie or TV series of some sort."

It was not clear if a reunion was in the works as well but Beyoncé's dad was hopeful.

"I'm hopeful that within the next two to three years we'll see something major come from it," he added.

"I am extremely hopeful that the ladies will come back with an album and a tour," he also said.

The reunion dreams of Beyoncé's dad for Destiny's child came out just months after rumors circulated they reportedly did not want to work with him anymore as told by Mail Online.

"Beyoncé's father and former manager Mathew Knowles owns one-fourth of the group as well," a source revealed. "Anytime they do anything under the name Destiny's Child, he has involvement in it and money from it."

"The problem is they can't figure out how to nix Mathew from the deal," the source added. "They all want more than anything to give the fans one last run of the group, especially since they all have their own individual success, but don't want to deal with Mathew."

Michelle Williams, Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland did not address the rumors but according to a report on Gossip Cop their representative denied that a tour and album were underway.

Beyoncé had a reunion with her Destiny's Child pals back in March when they performed Williams' "Say Yes" in Las Vegas as reported by Just Jared.
