"Scream Queens" debuted to a soft opening of 4 million viewers Tuesday night, with a shocking scene (spoiler alert!) when Ariana Grande's character Chanel No. 2 died. Read on for more spoilers about the upcoming "Scream Queens" episode 3, where Emma Robert's character Chanel will likely groom Lea Michele's character Hester to be the new Chanel No. 2.

According to Futoncritic.com, the synopsis for "Scream Queens" episode 3 - titled "Chainsaw" - reads, "Chanel finds a new project in Hester, Chanel #3 confesses a secret and Grace and Zayday uncover a surprising connection between two fellow students. Meanwhile, Denise sets her sights on one of the Kappas, and Dean Munsch appoints a new Wallace University mascot as Chad and Earl Grey lead the fraternity on a witch hunt for the Red Devil in the all-new "Chainsaw" episode..."

Sounds like Lea Michele's character may just be the next Chanel No. 2.

Episode 3 airs Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 9:00 PM on FOX.

Interestingly, it seems that the details of the episode contain Ariana Grande in the guest cast list - while this might be leftover from the previous episode, this could also suggest she will reappear in a flashback scene or something similar.
