At least, according to digital sales.

A post on Instiz, a Korean community site, revealed the current digital sales of singles by male K-pop idols. The top ten comprised of songs by EXO, SHINee, and Big Bang.

With all but two songs on the list by Big Bang, the K-pop quintet are the clear winners this year.

Three song's by Big Bang ("Loser, "Bang Bang Bang," and "Bae Bae") were downloaded over 1 million times each, while six other songs by the group were included in the top 10 most downloaded songs in South Korea.

All eight of the songs by Big Bang in the Instiz list were part of Big Bang's "MADE" album project. Between May and August, the idol group released two new singles each month.

EXO's "Call Me Baby" came in eighth place, with more than 700,000 digital downloads, while SHINee's "View" came in last place, with close to 600,000 downloads throughout the year.

Comments on the community post acknowledged Big Bang's talent and shock at seeing Big Bang completely dominate the digital download chart.

Other comments also expressed delight at "View" and "Call Me Baby" doing so well.

Big Bang's eight "MADE" album singles were the first releases by the group as a whole unit since their 2012 "ALIVE" album. The long-waited release lived up to expectation, with songs by the group dominating Korean music charts for months.
