Serena Williams showed off her body on birthday, showing the Internet just how much she doesn’t care about all the controversial conversation surrounding her physique. But one thing is certain - the Wimbledon 2015 winner chose to surround herself with friends instead of guys like Patrick Mouratoglou or Drake.

Having lost the chance for a Serena slam this US Open, the world number 1 is not letting that get in the way of her birthday celebration. So far, the Wimbledon 2015 winner has been filling her Instagram and Twitter feed with collages of her friends that showed just how much they care for her.

Looks like Patrick Mouratoglou and Drake didn’t make it to the list of beloved friends.

But Serena WIlliams did spend some quality time with the two men in her life before the birthday celebrations started. She made sure to attend the restaurant opening for Drake, who seemed to have taken care of her emotional state post US Open 2015.

According to Daily Mail, “Drake was on hand to see her showcase her new clothing collection at New York Fashion Week last week. Serena Williams appeared to be returning the favour in style as she turned up to the grand opening of his new eatery Fring's in Toronto on Monday.”

While Serena Williams and Drake weren’t holding hands, they have been showing more and more support towards each other’s creative endeavors after the US Open.

But that doesn’t mean that she left her coach Patrick Mouratoglou completely behind. Before things went sour in New York, Serena’s relationship with coach Patrick Mouratoglou wasn’t so bad. She even posted a video of herself making fun of her long rumored boyfriend Patrick Mouratoglou on Instagram.

She captioned the light-hearted video, “New job coaching @patrickmouratoglou #dynamicduo #dreamteam I'm a coach.”
