In August, a source reportedly told Korean tabloid Dispatch that Big Bang's G-Dragon (Kwon Ji Yong) and Japanese actress Kiko Mizuhara had broken up permanently, citing "they do not want to use up any more of their emotions on repeatedly breaking up and getting back together." 

Despite the pair never formally confirming they were seeing each other romantically, a new report suggests the status of the rumored relationship is unchanged.

According to an entertainment industry insider, as reported by several Korean news outlets including Starin, "It was recently reported that G-Dragon and Kiko had broken up, but they are still meeting like before and have a very close relationship."

"Although they have very busy schedules and it's difficult for them to meet, they still text each other at all hours of the day and are continuing dating," the unknown source added.

G-Dragon and Kiko's relationship has never been officially confirmed by either side, but the two have been spotted enjoying themselves on dates while carrying on their clandestine relationship. 

The pair is said to have broken up and gotten back together many times in the past.

Big Bang will soon head to the U.S., Mexico, and Canada for the North American leg of their MADE World Tour.
