Fans can't help but wonder if the one-day sale for former Girls' Generation member Jessica's fashion brand BLANC&ECLARE is coincidence or not.

On September 30, BLANC&ECLARE announced a "just because" sale through their social media channels. Users entering the code "JUSTBC" receive 15% off of their purchases for that day only.

On the advertisements it read "One day sale, September 30, for 24 hours. Just because. Cheer up. Code JUSTBC on our website only," and included a series of hashtags listing the brand name, the types of clothing offered, and lastly Jessica's name.

However, September 30 is not just some random day. This time last year, Jessica revealed on her Weibo account that she was effectively kicked out of Girls' Generation without warning. At the time Jessica stated her sadness for being forced out of the group, especially considering she had been working with Girls' Generation for fifteen years.

Fans are assuming that the need to "cheer up" with her "just because" sale has to do with the anniversary of her having to leave.

Jessica has remained strong, however, and her company has seen major success since its start last year. According to Koreaboo, BLANC&ECLARE has exclusive retail locations and sepcialty in China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and many other East Asian countries.
