Chicago Bulls Trade Rumors: Taj Gibson On The Move? Latest On Derrick Rose Injury

The Chicago Bulls are not having the best of luck during these past few months as they are facing one bad news after another.

First, their franchise star Derrick Rose are having some off the court issues and now, he is required to undergo eye socket surgery. Fortunately, it won't keep him that long and he is expected to be out for the next two weeks only.

His teammate, Pau Gasol  is just hoping for his quick recovery for them to quickly develop team chemistry.

''It's unfortunate that he won't be able to be a part of most of training camp and preseason,'' Pau Gasol said via Yahoo Sports. ''It's useful time for any team, to get teams on track, set the foundation for the new season - especially with a new philosophy, new coach.''

However, it looks like they have one more concern as there are rumors of their sixth man, Taj Gibson of being traded soon. Right now, the only thing that is holding back the Bulls management from pulling the trigger is they don't know who to trade for per Dan Forman of Pro Basketball Talk.

"Once the Celtics traded Rajon Rondo, Gibson took over his title as the player who was involved in the most trade rumors without actually being traded. The Bulls have a crowded frontcourt between Gibson, Pau Gasol, Joakim Noah and Nikola Mirotic, and Gibson is on a great contract," Feldman wrote.

"If Noah has a bounceback season, it could make it more likely that Gar Forman and John Paxson finally pull the trigger on a Gibson trade. But they'd have to get a player who can help them right now, and it's unclear who that might be."
