Ben McKenzie and Morena Baccarin have plans to get hitched soon as revealed in several reports. But there might be an obstacle to their plans as a recent report revealed that the actress was being accused by her ex-husband Austin Chick with cheating.

According to a report on TMZ, legal documents surrounding Baccarin and Austin Chick's custody battle and divorce revealed that the "Gotham" actress was already towards the end of the first quarter of her pregnancy.

"This places the moment of conception right in the first week of June, 2015, the time she was telling me she wanted to work on our marriage and well before we stopped sharing a bed," Chick pointed out in the legal documents as quoted by the source above.

But the Baccarin and McKenzie may not be in trouble. The actress has apparently claimed though that she and Chick have been thinking about separating since the start of the year.

"In March 2015, Austin and I were talking about separating as I told him I thought our marriage was not working and we should possibly divorce," the actress wrote in court documents as cited by Entertainment Tonight.

Austin Chick was also apparently "shocked" just like the public when the "Gotham" co-stars revealed the relationship.

"Austin was totally shocked when he found out about the affair," a source said. "Totally blindsided. When Morena left him for Ben, Austin was devastated -- completely shocked."

Ben McKenzie and Morena Baccarin's relationship have gotten the world spinning with nonstop revelations recently.

It was only during the 2015 Emmys when the "Gotham" co-stars appeared on the red carpet and were assumed to be dating. They have yet to directly address the news when just days later it was reported that the rumored pair were already expecting their first child. The public have yet to get over the surprise when they dropped another bombshell when it was revealed they want to get hitched soon.

"Today, I am in a new committed relationship," she said in legal documents as cited by People.

"I am planning to re-marry," Morena Baccarin revealed as well amid dating co-star and baby daddy Ben McKenzie. "Also, I am 3 ½ months pregnant."
