Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes don't need babysitters to take care of their baby girl. It sounds like "La La Land" actor decided to be in charge of diaper changes so that he can bond with his daughter more.

According to Us Magazine, Eva Mendes revealed in an interview that her daughter is everything to her. She said, "If I'm even like, 'Oh, what should I wear? Or, should I do this project?' All I have to think about is my daughter and her face and I know the answer immediately. She's my moral compass in a way."

And when asked about who takes care of her baby girl when she is working, Eva Mendes even mentioned Ryan Gosling, whom she never brings up publically. She said, "[She's with] papa and the family. Thank god I have my entire family 10 minutes away."

The magazine also revealed that they don't use services from babysitters as "La La Land" actor does a good amount of diaper changes.

Ryan Gosling does have an avenue for blowing off some steam on the set of "La La Land". He looked great accompanying Emma Stone on a date night for a scene in their upcoming musical movie.

While Ryan and Eva are keeping their baby Esmeralda firmly out of Hollywood, with their daughter baby quickly growing up, they may not be able to keep her out of the public eye forever.
