Kate Gosselin Posts Twitter Greeting For Twin Daughters’ Birthday; Kids Defend Mom From Haters

Kate Gosselin posted a Twitter greeting for her twin daughters' birthday. According to a report from People, the reality star's kids also defended their mom from haters.

In celebration of Mady and Cara Gosselin's 15th birthday, the 40-year-old mother of eight gushed that she is proud of her two eldest daughters.

"Had a wonderful day of celebrating all '15' with Mady and Cara!" wrote the "Kate Plus 8" star.

"They had a lovely birthday! Happy birthday, my loves! #SoBlessed2BeMomOf2WonderfulGirls."

Kate Gosselin also thanked Twitter followers who sent their love for her twins.

"Thanks to everyone who wished Cara and Mady a happy birthday! They loved them!" she said.

Even though Kate Gosselin's Twitter tributes did not include throwback snapshots of Mady and Cara, her ex-husband Jon Gosselin did share a touching baby photo of the twins.

The single mom had joked that she did not post a similar throwback image since her teenage daughters are not okay with it.

"They wouldn't approve any pics for me to post, so no pics!" Kate Gosselin tweeted.

The report also detailed how Kate Gosselin's kids spoke up about supposedly being "damaged" because of reality TV.

"People expect us to be damaged," Cara Gosselin admitted. "People think we're supposed to be messed up, like, 'Oooooh, the poor Gosselin kids, they're going to be scarred for life."

"Here's the big news: We're not messed up," Mady Gosselin clarified.

Kate Gosselin's kids were recently in the news after Jon Gosselin shared that they are getting along well with his new girlfriend, Colleen Conrad.

According to a report from Us Weekly, the 38-year-old seems to have moved on well after his highly publicized divorce with Kate Gosselin. Aside from the twins, the ex-couple also has 11-year-old sextuplets named Aeden, Collin, Joel, Leah, Alexis and Hannah.

"Colleen and I are doing great, the kids are getting along well together, [and I'm] just living a normal life and DJing," the former reality star said.

He also slammed impostors who have been trying to pit him against the mother of his children by posting fake Facebook statuses using his name.

"I have teenage kids now who are on social media," he pointed out. "They read everything, and the last thing I'm going to do is trash their mother."
