Kris Humphries Sued Over Unpaid Beverly Hills Suit Bill Worth $52K, As Kim Kardashian Divorce Hearing Nears

Kris Humphries is sued by a clothing store in Beverly Hills, according to reports on Thursday.

The shop owner Scott Hill filed the lawsuit already against the NBA star this week, claiming the soon-to-be ex-husband of Kim Kardashian agreed to deliver high profile clients in exchange for a 30 percent discount on everything in the store within a two month period. However, it has been alleged the NBA star had failed to keep his end of the bargain.

Scott Hill claims the Humphries owes $52,000 for breaching the agreement.

"The simple matter is that we hoped Kris would live up to his side of the agreement, but he chose not to appreciate that hard work my company put in ... We gave Kris the opportunity to clear things up. For sometime, there's been a difference of opinion on how things should be handled. Therefore, we had to take legal remedy," Hill told Hip Hollywood.

Hill claims Humphries purchased more than $46,000 in merchandise from the store however has more than $6,000 in unpaid bills. Hills is asking for his discount money back as well as further damages for the breached contract.

Despite the news of the lawsuit this week, Humphries has yet commented on the situation publicly.

The report of the new lawsuit comes in the midst of Humphries legal battle with estranged wife Kim Kardashian.
