Twighlight fans can rejoice again! Kristen Stewert and Robert Petteron celebrated kiristens 23^rd birthday together.  The pair were spotted at the Mexican restaurant Malo in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Los Feliz with a group of nearly 40 friends.  Kristen Stewart turned 23 on Tuesday, and with boyfriend Robert Pattinson by her side, we're pretty sure she got her wish.

Low key Stewert wanted a casual environment, so she picked the easy breezy restaurant to just have some margaritas an celebrate.  She wore jeans, a black zip-up hoodie and sneakers. Pattinson, 26, followed suit in a black jacket, gray hoodie, jeans and sneakers.

They had a ton of margaritas, lots of spicy cucumber drinks which Malo is famous for and lots of sangria which is what Kristen usually orders. They ate ground beef and pickle tacos, chips and guacamole, lobster tacos, and pork carnitas."

"She didn't want to have some fancy dinner party, just something casual and fun," says a friend. "They were so cute together, they weren't glued to each other's side. Kristen was being a good hostess and working the room," said the eyewitness. "But whenever they were standing near each other, they were touching. Rob had his arm draped around her a lot and every once in a while they'd sneak a kiss. They both looked so in love! They were listening to indie rock, lots of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Father John Misty. It got pretty loud, it was a great party."

Although to any onlooker things were cheap and homey, Petterson's gift to her was anything but.  He presented her with a pen..a 40,000 dollar pen! Kristen is an avid pen collector and this was a one of a kind pen.  It's a limited edition white gold Bentley Crewe fountain pen and he got it engraved with the year and the wording "From R"

Even though Kristen celebrated turning the big 23 with some friends and her beau, she and Rob may just continue her birthday festivities into the weekend. The couple was given tickets to Coachella, the once a year music festival in LA.
