Seoul World Cup Stadium is filling up fast.  Over 50,000 fans are expected to attend Psy's 'Happening' concert at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

With the show just about an hour away, the scene surrounding the venue is "almost like a carnival," says Kara Drummer, an American Psy fan at the scene.  "Outside there are a lot of activities."

Drummer and her friend, Ga-Yeon Kim are enjoying themselves outside the stadium where there are games to play, dancing, spinning wheels, and ball drawings.  Staff are walking around giving Psy products and merchandise to fans as they enter the arena.  There is even a boxing ring where fans can duke it out for fun with their friends.
