Team Jacob may have lost the fight on "Twilight" for Bella Swan's heart. But in real life, he may apparently be winning. According to the latest Kristen Stewart news, she's purportedly dating Taylor Lautner.

In an item on Woman's Day Australia, it was claimed that the former "Twilight" co-star have been reportedly going on secret dates. According to the report, the Jacob Black actor may have seemingly been taken out of the Bella Swan actress' friend zone. A source even said that the actress now have "strong feelings" for her pal.

It was not clear what prompted the rumors to surface. Neither of the actors have addressed the dating rumors so far. But back in September, Lautner has admitted that the actress has been a good friend even after they made movies together.

"Kristen is still one of my closest friends," Lautner told Express last month.

Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart made the news just last August when the actress made the Jacob Black actor her plus one for the premiere of "American Ultra." As reported by Us Weekly then, the pair were all smiles as they gazed on each other while on the red carpet. The public sighting of the pair was a first since 2012 when they were still promoting "Breaking Dawn Part 2."

Back in January though, Stewart and Lautner were also seen together watching a Sam Smith concert along with some friends.

Last April, the Jacob Black actor reportedly reached out to the Bella Swan actress after news of Robert Pattinson's engagement to FKA Twigs circulated.

"[Taylor] already reached out to her to offer support and to remind her that it's out of her control and not to beat herself up about the past," a source told Hollywood Life back then. "He's always been like her rock and visa versa."

Kristen Stewart has been in the news lately not only because of her "Twilight" pal but also because of the whole franchise. As Stephenie Meyer's, "Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined" was released, MTV uncovered that the actress somehow predicted the gender-swap years ago.
