Madonna's Daughter, Lourdes Leon, Steps Out From Protective Parents And Begins Dating From Within Hollywood With A 'Homeland' Star [VIDEO & PHOTOS]

The 16-year-old daughter of Madonna has started dating from within Hollywood.

Like many before her, a famous person decides to date another famous person.

Lourdes Leon has been spotted in NYC cuddling up with "Homeland" actor Timotheé Chalamet, 17.

The teenage couple was pictured going to dinner with Lourdes' father Carlos Leon and his girlfriend in SoHo, New York, on Sunday night.

Carlos is an actor and personal trainer who had Lourdes with Madonna in 1996. Separately, the two have been overprotective of their teenaged daughter. It must tough growing up with her mother who sold millions of records off her sexual-innuendo music, but the pop-star appears to not want the same lifestyle for her daughter.

When paparazzi asked Carlos about his daughter dating in the past, he told them: "I'm dreading it. I want her to stay young forever. I'm already overprotective, so when the time comes, I will be ready to have a talk with the guy she brings through the door. He better be ready because I'll give him the run-down!"

It might have been easier on Sunday night to be protective since he was in the area the whole night. On the date with Chalamet, who plays Finn, the son of vice-president Walden on the hit Showtimes series "Homeland," Lourdes rocked out in a miniskirt, tights and brown boots. Chalamet didn't dress as the son of a vice-president at a conference when he loses his life in a bomb-attack. Instead, he wore baggy pants and a baseball cap.

Madonna ranted about not wanting her daughter to start dating yet in an interview with RDS.

The new couple reportedly started dating earlier in April after meeting at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art & Performing Arts.

The pair were recently featured amongst other students at the performing arts high school in New York Magazine's Reason's to Love New York issue, under the heading "Because La Guardia High School is Still Churning Out Talent," according to Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, another insider told Usmagazine.com: "Dating is a loose term for it, but yes, they are teenagers being teenagers so I guess you can call it that. It has not been going on for very long at all."
