Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone's breakup was greatly overrated but not as much as the upcoming Emma Stone movie, "La La Land," which needed to push a promotional stunt for to capitalize on Emma's relationship with Ryan Gosling.

Reports claimed that 32-year old "The Amazing Spider-Man" actor Garfield was jealous of Gosling for getting too close to Stone.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone's breakup has been aired by media outlets for over three weeks and fans are not ready to accept it simply because no one received any statement on the actors' status. Further reports say Ryan is having relationship problems with his live-in partner Eva Mendes because of her jealousy.

"It doesn't matter how many times Ryan tells Eva what he and Emma are just friends, she knows there's an attraction there," an insider told Star Magazine.

The breakup rumors began with a report that a passerby asked Garfield where his girlfriend was and he replied, "We're not together anymore."
