Girls' Generation project group TaeTiSeo have a lot to celebrate this holiday season, including a number one single.

The K-pop trio comprised of Girls' Generation members Kim Taeyeon, Tiffany Hwang, and Seohyun (Seo Ju Hyun) released their latest project EP Dear Santa and the lead single of the same name on Dec. 4 and quickly rose to the top of real time music charts in South Korea. 

"Dear Santa" landed in the number one spot on the MelOn, Naver Music, Genie, Bugs, Olleh Music, Mnet Music, Soribada, and Monkey 3 music charts shortly after release.

"Dear Santa" is a warm R&B ballad with a rhythmic pop feel and hints of jazzy swing. Member Seohyun also participated in writing the lyrics for the song which is about delivering one's deepest wishes to Santa Claus on Christmas.

The trio kicked off promotions for the album on KBS's "Music Bank" on Dec. 5 and also appeared on the Dec. 6 episode of MBC's "Show! Music Core."
