One young idol is quickly becoming one of K-pop's brightest stars.

Lee Hyeri has won over fans for her work with K-pop act Girl's Day, as Sung Deok Sun on the tvN series Reply 1988, and on social media, as seen by her recent Instagram milestone.

On Thursday, Jan. 7, Hyeri surpassed 1 million Instagram followers. Even with her busy schedule, Hyeri has been doing a great job keeping her fans updated with selfies and group photos.

Hyeri opened her Instagram in November 2014.

The singer turned actress is currently appearing in Reply 1988, but made her TV debut in Tasty Life in 2012. Since then, she has also acted in Seonam Girls High School Investigators (2014), and Hyde, Jekyll, Me (2015).
