What celebrity would you take home to introduce to your parents for the Lunar New Year?

In a recent poll conducted by the Seoul Institute of the Arts, 734 undergraduate students were asked to choose which star they would like to spend Lunar New Year with.

The results were split into women and men. For women, AOA's Seolhyun took the No. 1 spot, with 113 out of the 406 votes, totalling nearly 28 percent of the vote.

Second place then went to Red Velvet's Irene, who captured 25 percent of the total with 101 votes, followed by G-Friend's Yerin ranked third. While IU and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon, placed fourth and fifth respectively. In addition, 21 votes were cast for other celebrities.

On the other hand, the remaining 328 students voted on which male celebrity they would like to bring home to meet their family for the holidays.

Reply 1988 star Park Bo Gum placed first, who received 109 votes, while second place went to actor Yoo Seung-ho.

Ryu Jun-yeol, who also stared in Reply 1988 alongside Park Bo Gum, ranked third, while Yoo Ah-in and Yeo Jin-goo placed fourth and fifth respectively.
