Conan O'Brien Flies To Seoul And Immerses Himself In Korean Culture

On Sunday, Feb. 14, television talk show host Conan O'Brien kept his word of visiting countries that send him local snacks.

Receiving a letter and a package of Korean snacks from a fan named Sunny Lee, the host flew to the land of the Hallyu Wave with about 500 fans, including Lee, in attendance to welcome O'Brien at Incheon Airport.

According to K-pop Herald, O'Brien will be filming a special episode of his talk show Conan during his five-day trip in South Korea. While shooting for the special episode, it looks like the episode will feature The Walking Dead actor Steven Yeun who is an ongoing special guest on the talk show.

The episode is said to revolve around the actor immersing himself in the Korean culture - learning Korean, eating traditional cuisine, visiting Panmunjom, historical villages, the Demilitarized Zone and more.

In addition to filming, it is also reported that Conan O'Brien will be meeting JYP Entertainment's very own Park Jin Young on Thursday, Feb. 18, for a special project.

According to the report, the music producer and the talk show host is rumored to film a music video together.

While conversation sparks on what the two entertainers may collaborate on, O'Brien has announced his cameo on the Korean drama Happy Ending One More Time after uploading a photo with actress Jang Na Ra on TeamCoco's Instagram account.

After the success of Jack Black guesting on Infinite Challenge  and talking about his experience on Ellen, it looks like Conan O'Brien will expose the fun South Korea and, possibly, the Hallyu wave entails.
