Ali Fedotowsky is off the market and won't be starring in the second season of The Bachelorette - she's dating a new man.

Fedotowsky split from fiancé Roberto Martinez in November 2011. She met Martinez on The Bachelorette in 2010. The 28-year-old reality star has now been dating Kevin Manno, host of Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition on Lifetime, for about a month, her rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

A source tells PEOPLE that Fedotowsky met Manno, 29, in Chicago, and since then has really hit it off with her new beau.

"[Ali is] happier than she's been in a long time. She thinks Kevin is a great guy," the insider said.

Fedotowsky said she still loves the reality show, but won't be back.

"I'm out, I'm a Bachelorette no more," she joked. "I tried, and the reason I did the show was because I thought it might be my calling. Now?... not so much."

Fedotowsky added: "I'm going to find love the old fashioned way."

The reality star also told Extra that she has enjoyed single life over the last year, but is now ready to be in a relationship again.

"I've been single over a year now, a year and two months, but who's counting? Exactly 14 months and three days... so I'm ready at this point," the star said.

ABC's The Bachelorette returns with a new season on May 20.
