The fans of Marvel comics and Marvel entertainment are waiting again for this American superhero film ''X-Men: Apocalypse'' with a lot of anticipation. This movie is scheduled to be released on May 27, 2016 in the US and is expected to break all box office records.

James McAvoy (as Charles Xavier / Professor X), Michael Fassbender (Erik Lehnsherr / Magneto), Jennifer Lawrence (Raven Darkhölme / Mystique), Oscar Isaac (En Sabah Nur / Apocalypse), Nicholas Hoult (Hank McCoy / Beast), Rose Byrne (Moira MacTaggert), Tye Sheridan (Scott Summers / Cyclops), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Olivia Munn (Elizabeth Braddock / Psylocke) and Lucas Till (Alex Summers / Havok) are the main cast of this movie. It is being directed by Bryan Singer and the principal photography began in Apr. 2015. The beautiful locales of Montreal in Canada were captured in the movie.

The plot revolves around the supernatural theory of the emergence of the world's first mutant. There is a concept of ''Apocalypse'' where the world is going to end and in order to save it the X-men need to unite.

In an interview with digital spy Sophie Turner talked in details about her relationship with Charles Xavier/Professor X (Played by James McAvoy) which is like a surrogate daughter in the movie. Turner plays the role of Jean Grey. ''They have this unspoken bond because he's telepathic as well; he's gone through the same things. He's very powerful and he sees that growing in her. He wants to protect her and help her control her powers, but also help her access the best of her ability. They have a really sweet relationship'' clarified Turner.

Cinemablend talked how the plot develops and how the role played by Charles Xavier Professor X tries to protect all the "young, vulnerable girls who feel alienated and uncomfortable in their skin."

This movie will be released in 2D and 3D and YouTube has the trailer of it. 20th Century Fox is going to distribute the movie and is the ninth instalment in the ''X-Men film series''.

''Marvel Infinity Alliance 3,'' which is a video game to be released by Marvel is awaited with anticipation.

''Deadpool'' which is another creation from Marvel Entertainment is expected to do very well in the box office. And the search for the female lead for the role of Carol Danvers for the upcoming film ''Captain Marvel'' is on.
