"Respond 1997" and "Vampire Prosecutor" both received awards at the 2012 DramaFever Award hosted by the American media company, DramaFever.

2012 DramaFever Award, based on online fan votes, selects various honors among Korean dramas from 2012. The month-long voting that took place in March collected over 500,000 participants. It is noteworthy that 80% of the viewers on DramaFever are non-Asian population.

"Respond 1997" took 'Best Kiss of the Year' award home with Seo In Guk and Jung Eunji's kiss scene by a water fountain at school, as well as 'Best Couple Not Meant to be' award with Seo In Guk and Hoya.

Via DramaFever homepage, Seo In Guk thanked the support of the fans. He posted, "Thank you for selecting the water fountain kiss scene as the most memorable of 2012. Cast and crew members had to work extremely hard to include all four seasons despite shooting in the middle of a hot, muggy summer. I would like to share this honor with everyone who worked together to produce a great drama."

Best Drama of the Year went to MBC's "The Moon that Embraces the Sun." Lee Min Ho was chosen 'Best Actor of the Year', while Yoon Eun Hye took the honor of 'Best Actress of the Year'.
