Lee Hyori released her album cover for the new fifth album to be released on May 21.

Consistent with the teasers that have been let out, the album cover is black-and-white and features diverse, multi-ethnic looks from the sexy queen who is coming back after a 3-year hiatus from the stage. Via her management company's official SNS webpage, the new album title was announced: Monochrome. From all the album photos, the title of the album is by no means a surprise.

B2M, Lee Hyori's management company, also announced that Monochrome will hit the market in two different forms: special limited edition and normal edition. The limited edition will include an in-depth photo shoot and will be capped at 5,000 copies.

Lee Hyori's long-anticipated album will start taking online pre-orders on May 9.

The album, which will be released on May 21, will be showcased on stage by the sexy queen on May 22 via a premiere performance on MNET. Lee Hyori will begin album activities following the comeback stage to the delight of numerous fans who have long been awaiting the return of the femme fatale.
