SBS ‘K-Pop Star’ that has captured the viewers with dazzling performers and insightful judges will be airing live this February.

K-Pop Stars producer Park Sung Hoon shared to OSEN, “K-Pop Star will be going live soon. The contestants that were ‘cast’ by SM, YG and JYP are going through two week training program.”

The contestants currently went through their first ‘casting audition’ for three major labels with BoA, Yang Hyun Suk and Park Jin Young representing their respective company. Contestants who are chosen will go straight into their two weeks training session.

SBS ‘K-Pop Star’ brought in 12.5% ratings in their latest episode, earning 2^nd place ahead of MBC’s “I Am a Singer.”
