Girl's Generation's Yuri Is Praised For Her Acting In 'Gogh, The Starry Night'

Girl's Generation Yuri has been praised for her acting in a recent web drama, "Gogh, The Starry Night" the said web drama is now airing on SBS with only four episodes.

Yuri played the lead role in "Gogh, The Starry Night". She played the role of Go Ho, an employee in an advertising agency who has no time and love life. Her acting was praised by the viewers it is the first time that Yuri took up a role that is free spirited and she did well portraying it. the web drama is already finished airing on Sohu TV and is only a filler on SBS.

People from Netizen Buzz were really surprised with her acting. They also praised the Girl's Generation member for the first time for her acting. The people find it refreshing and really cute. Most of them regretted that the drama has only four episodes and is only filler.

The China-South Korea co-produced online drama series debuted on the web last July 09 via Sohu TV. "Gogh, The Starry Night'" also stars Kim Young Kwang and Lee Ji Hoon. Yuri, the 29-year-old employee for an advertising agency works alongside her short-tempered boss, Kang Tae-ho, played by Kim Young Kwang.

The series was directed by Jo Soo Won, who also directed hit TV dramas "Pinocchio" and "I Can Hear Your Voice." Maybe that is the reason why famous Hallyu stars Park Shin Hye and Lee Jong Suk had cameos in the web drama. Lee Jong Suk was an actor in his cameo role while Park Shin Hye was a cashier at a convenience store.

Yuri has acted in "Fashion King," "Neighborhood Hero" and "No Breathing" before but this is the first time that viewers and other fans liked her character and her acting. Fans hope that Yuri will continue this good record.
