'Hwarang' News & Updates: Male cast look chic and dandy in 'High Cut' magazine photoshoot

Six men, who are cast members of KBS period drama "Hwarang" appear together on the front cover of High Cut fashion magazine. The photo shows their chic and dandy look in the December edition of the magazine.
All of six members, Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik (ZEA), Choi Minho (Shinee), Do Ji Han, Kim Taehyung (BTS's V) and Jo Yoon Woo appear in the December edition of the High Cut fashion magazine. The theme of the photoshoot is a British new romantic band.
They look dandy with a combination of turtle neck shirt, beret, jacket, and pullover. The photoshoot will be seen in the December edition of High Cut magazine which will be available starting Dec. 18 for sale.
There will also be the interview with each one of them which reveals their preference over their relationship, their drinking, and some romance.
"Hwarang" is a period drama which portrays the story of the elite male warriors in the Shila kingdom era. During that time, young nobles and aristocrats were selected to train in the martial arts and various art to create an elite group of warriors. They are called as Hwarang, which means "flowering knights."
Shila is the kingdom that ruled the most area of the ancient Korea since the 5 BC to 935 AD. Their long reign is mostly due to their success to prepare the warrior group "Hwarang." The drama is a pre-produced drama, which means it has completed its shooting process which took six months to complete from March to September this year.
The drama will take over the time slot which currently occupied by "Sweet Stranger and Me" as for Monday and Tuesday drama. As a leading female cast, actress Go-Ara is cast as the half aristocrat and half commoner as reported by Korea Daily. Go is known for her role as Najeong in "Reply 1994" drama.
