On January 17^th Episode 5 of “The Moon Embraces the Sun” took control of 27.55% of T.V. viewers. Understandably this has something to do with the heart breaking episode where Yeon Woo‘ (Kim Yoo Jung), the future Crown Prince’s princess dies as a result of getting poisoned by the evil Queen Dowager.

The spike in the ratings is not only the result of a boldly written storyline. The show is shot in a beautiful cinematic way which is very enjoyable to watch. Don’t expect this program’s rapid growth to slow down anytime soon. With the introduction of the adult cast and continuation of the emotional and entertaining storyline, it is safe to say this one is just starting to gain speed.
