Ahmed Angel Takes The Internet By Storm: Airbrushed Iraqi-Born Model Set To Rival Man “Too Handsome” For Saudi Arabia

Metro UK is calling Ahmed Angel the guy who might give the man too handsome for Saudi Arabia, Omar Borkan Al Gala, a run for his money. Angel seems to have taken the Internet by storm with his name popping-up in almost every major online news site.

The newspaper said that after the chiseled jaw and starry eyes of Dubai actor, poet and photographer Al Gala has captured the imagination of the world and web for that matter, Ahmed Angel seems to be stealing the spotlight this time.

The Iraqi-born angel is described as “the most delightfully narcissistic man on Facebook” and whose instant internet sensation status is gaining him legions of fans and tons of haters alike, along the way.

Ahmed Angel has a penchant for tank-tops, acid-washed jeans and “guyliner.” He also appears to be a complete natural in front of the camera, evidenced by the hundreds of snaps he has taken of himself and have posted on Facebook.

Despite Angel being dubbed as the “king of cringe” for his posy pictures and this bizarre “Ahmed Angel is planet” video, the meticulously gelled poster boy appears to be slowly winning people over according to Metro UK.

One of the fans of his Facebook Page said, “You make my life complete.”

Another fan added, “"Wow wow wow, Very very hot, very very beautiful!!! Angel, you are the best forever!!!!"

Angel it seems may just be getting the recognition he appears to want in the US and UK but he claims that he’s already a superstar in his hometown region of Middle East and Russia.

At the time of this writing, Ahmed Angel’s official Facebook Page couldn’t be located online. The International Business Times, however, was able to get a hold of Angel while it was still up. He is currently living in Belarus and is an 18-year-old Iraqi medical student.

"The most important thing in my life is to study medicine!!!" he said. "And I'm not a model but I'm Top Model !!!" The internet sensation also said that he has "many international contracts to work in cinema and art" as well as fashion agencies but that he needs to put his modeling career on the shelf for now.

"I'm busy my studies [sic] so I decided to postpone these offers to another time," he tells the International Business Times
