'Produce 101 Season 2' Update: Another Contestant, Nam Yoon Sung Decides To Leave Show

latest update have revealed that another contestant has decided to leave "Produce 101 Season 2." The reports stated that a contestant, Nam Yoon Sung has decided to quit the show.

It is reported by Soompi that Nam Yoon Sung's management agency, I.ONE Entertainment stated on March 23, that the contestant, Nam Yoon Sung will be leaving 'Produce 101 Season 2' due to unexpected health issues that was observed during his last health checkup. Furthermore, the press statement issued by I.ONE Entertainment continued to note that due to the aforementioned health concerns, Nam Yoon Sung would not be able to continue with his participating in the filming of the performance for "M!Countdown."

The agency further stated that they had already informed the production staff on March 22, that the contestant would be leaving Mnet's "Produce 101 Season 2." So many fans are not happy the contestant who are supposed to be part of the show are leaving before the show even begins, but this appears to be inevitable circumstances where leaving will be best for the contestants.

However, Allkpop reported that Nam Yoon Sung is not the first contestant to leave "Produce 101 Season 2," in fact, he is the third trainee to quit the show. The report notes that two contentest, Han Jong Yeon and Kim Si Hyun had previously left the show.

Trainee Han Jong Yeon left the show due to some controversies about his past and trainee Kim Si Hyun is also reported to have left the show due to health concerns. The upcoming show is expected to start airing on April 7, 2017. Unfortunately, "Produce 101 Season 2" will commence with only 98 trainee contestants, due to the exit of three members, instead of 101 trainees, which the show takes its title from.
