Latest updates have revealed that Chun Woo-hee and Yoo Joon-sang are considering to star in the new SBS legal thriller titled "Falsify." The updates state that the actors have agreed to appear in the upcoming legal thriller.

Not long after the network's hit drama titled "Defendant" came to an end, SBS has announced that it is already making plans to produce a new legal thriller titled "Falsify," which will focus on prosecutors and reporters. It is reported that the network has already sent out offers to Chun Woo-hee, who starred in "The Wailing," and Yoo Joon-sang (Pied Piper) to play the leading roles in the upcoming legal drama.

It is also reported that the duo is lready considering "Falsify" favorably since prosecutor drama seems to be the hot career choice for actors this year. The storyline of the new drama reveals the world where the truth is been altered, as reported by Drama beans.

However, the drama will also feature an incorruptible prosecutor and a journalist who will be willing to turn the world right-side up at all cost. Meanwhile, it appears that SBS intends to fill the entire year with legal series, considering dramas like  "Defendant," "Whisper," "Beware This Woman," "While You Were Sleeping," and now "Falsify."

In addition, the new drama is said to come from PD Lee Jung-Heum, who was the director of the drama special "I'm After You." He was also the second PD on "Jealousy Incarnate." "Falsify" is written by Kim Hyun-Jung, who was also a junior writer for "Who Are You-School 2015" and  also wrote drama specials "Junior High Student Miss A and Her Perfect Day."

According to the storyline of "Falsify," Chun Woo-hee will portray the role of a prosecutor in a violent crimes division who has never displayed any sign of weakness in her entire life. Chun Woo-hee's character graduated top of her class and was said to be the youngest female prosecutor in history.

Meanwhile, Yoo Joon-sang will play the role of a journalist, which the actor also played in his previous drama titled, "Pied Piper." The storyline reveals that he is a stubborn young man,  who is a skeptic and has a lot of grievances to air.

In "Falsify," Yoo Joon-sang's character was once a famous legend at the city desk, but he eventually made lots of enemies of the newspaper bigwigs due to his inflexible personality. It is reported by Lautan Indonesia that actress Chun Woo-hee has been offered the chance to star in several dramas in recent months, but it appears that she accepted none of the projects.

Fans are hoping that the actress will consider the current role offered for "Falsify" and thus return to the screens. The new legal, thriller drama, "Falsify" is scheduled to premiere in July and air on Mondays and Tuesdays after the currently airing "Whisper" and "My Sassy Girl."
