BTOB Visits Cambodia for the First Time, 'Fan Meeting and Volunteer Work'

Group BTOB visited Cambodia for the first time for their fan meeting and volunteer work for their first promotion.

Starting on May 19, they stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and held a fan meeting at the Koh Pich Theatre for the first time.

Earlier, BTOB held a fan meeting in Thailand and received an overwhelming response from the locals as tickets sold out instantly and was able to appear on several local broadcasts.

In Cambodia, the K-Pop wave has just started and BTOB, although a rookie, was able to meet with 1,000 fans at their fan meeting which is a rare sight for rookie groups.

Through these fan meetings and promotions, BTOB is quickly gaining much exposure all around the world.

They held their fan meeting, 'BTOB Press Play in Cambodia' and was greeted by 1,000 fans and 50 or so media and reporters. They performed an energetic stage performance and was able to have a great time with their fans. The fans in return showed their support by sending their love to them.

It was also a rare sight as almost half of the audience was male. It was revealed that many males in Cambodia performed cover dances of K-Pop groups, explaining the large number of male fans in the crowd.

It was also revealed that in Cambodia, there are many male fans of K-pop as well due to this.

On May 20, the group also visited a welfare facility and made many memories with the children there. They played and sang songs to the 100 or so children and had a great time together.

They also helped paint the building and other tasks to help the facility.

BTOB stated, "We are happy to have made great memories here on our first visit to Cambodia. We are healed by our fans happy faces. We hope to come back longer next time."

BTOB will leave on May 23 to Malaysia for a concert.
