On June 4, Teen Top had a showcase for their new mini-album "DEAR.N9NE."

According to Niel, the group's main vocalist and face of the group, this is their ninth mini-album, and Teen Top decided to release it as a celebration for their ninth anniversary. He added that all members joined forces in making the album, so he is anticipating it. Also, he commented that he had fun while doing the preparation.

Chunji then gave an account of their new title track "Run Away." He stated that the song is about escaping any worries or doubts and taking your own trail. And Teen Top hopes that their track will encourage many people.

Unlike their previous tracks, the new song is described to have a change in their performance. Ricky explained that if it is said that the boys focused on synchronization until their previous album, this time, their dance features adult sexiness and subtle beauty. And as one may be able to tell, it is called 'body tap dance.'

Teen Top went on and shared about how UP10TION's Kim Woo Seok (Wooshin) and Lee Jin Hyuk (Wei) are taking part in "Produce X 101." UP10TION is Teen Top's junior as they are under only one agency, TOP Media.

As for those who don't know it, Produce X 101 is an ongoing 2019 Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and is the fourth season of the TV franchise. The show involves 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees, from where the public gets to choose eleven finalists that will form a new group. The show began on May 3, 2019.

The boy band was asked if they had given any advice to Wooshin and Wei regarding the competition. Changjo answered that they heard the two would be performing "No More Perfume On You," so they spare some time to teach their juniors the choreography as well as giving them advice.

Niel also commented stating that the two UP10TION members told them about the audition, so Teen Top filmed a support video for them. He kept going saying that when they see Wooshun and Wei work hard and do well, they become proud and happy.

As of now, there are 60 trainees left, including Wooshin and Wei. On May 31, the show revealed the Top 60 contestants who were determined through online voting. Kim Woo Seok got the number four spot while Lee Jin Hyuk was in number 25.
