YG Entertainment Has Big Bang's Back

Big Bang will not have to worry about the support of their label when it comes to how much success they have with their comeback. The reason for this is because the head of YG Entertainment, Yang Hyun Suk, claimed that he will be putting his heart and soul into Big Bang and its success, which is scheduled to take off sometime around February of this year.

Yang Hyun Suk explained that Big Bang will be his first priority this year.

"My first priority this year is Big Bang. I want to do the best that I can for Big Bang. I have been preparing some new groups as well but for these past few months, I have been putting all of my concentration towards Big Bang's songs, so the new groups' debuts may have to be pushed back."

In 2011, Big Bang got their feet wet in the music world again for the first time in two whole years. In February their mini album came in first on several different music charts all over the worldwide web. In addition to releasing a mini album, they also had performances in Japan as they were trying to spread their influence across Korea's borders.

The reason for the long hiatus is because Big Bang has had a few setbacks. One setback was in May, when Dae Sung was involved in a car accident with a motorcyclist. The second setback was in October, G-Dragon was charged with marijuana use. Luckily for G-Dragon, there were no additional charges. The fact the district prosecutor in Seoul suspended his indictment also helped the situation immensely.

Yang Hyun Suk explained how difficult of a year it was for Big Bang this year.

"This past year was an extremely difficult time for YG, and to say that it was a crisis is an understatement. Just as you get a calloused scar after a wound, Big Bang has learned a lot and has become stronger through the ordeals. Surprisingly, the things that we've been through may turn out to be like medicine for Big Bang in the future as well."

He would go on to explain how hard Big Bang has worked to get their comeback.

"Big Bang members worked very hard for their comeback. They came to work even on Sunday, as if this was their second home. I had not been able to see them often before but with this project I was able to work closely with them and I was happy for that."

Big Bang's comeback is only a few weeks away, and Yang Hyun Suk is very excited and confident that everything will go well. With all eyes on Big Bang, and standards at an all-time high Yang Hyun Suk is sure that will not fall short with expectations in comparison to the past.

Yang Hyun Suk said, "The 5 members have poured their heart and soul into this album for a while now. Their hard work will pay off this year as they once again resume their activities."
