After all the issues and arrests she had been a part of, Bynes: 'I'm suing everybody'.

First defendants: NYPD plus her apartment building.

Amanda Bynes posted a tweet saying that is planning to file lawsuits against the New York Police Department and her apartment for the arrest, "mistaken arrest" as she called it, that she experienced last week.

According to the rampage of tweet she made, she is suing NYPD for illegal entry to her apartment; for lying about the drugs and lying about tampering with non-existing drug paraphernalia; for putting her into a mental hospital against her will, then for locking her up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with her trainer like the good girl that she is. Furthermore, she said she will sue the apartment complex for lying about her smoking in the building. Part of her tweet was,"Everything they did was against the law and the judge saw that there was no drugs on me or proof of any type of bong or mental illness" Amanda Bynes also said in her Twitter rage that she is allergic to alcohol and drug; and she is also "proud to not be a drug or alcohol user." 

She ended her tweet with, "I'm free forever! You can't lock up an innocent person! Thanks for caring! Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I'm getting in shape and getting a nose job! I'm looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!"

2nd defendants: Media

As part of her rants of tweets that basically say, Bynes: 'I'm suing everybody', she also made lawsuit threats against the media that published "untruthful" things about her.

She tweeted, "I'm suing every blog, every magazine, and every news source that's saying I'm doing anything wrong "erratic behavior" is not me!

In her tweet, she particularly named media outlets that she will sue such as In Touch, Us Weekly, Perez Hilton for the reason that they hire paparazzi who, according to her, "follow me then take the worst photos with the worst angles"

She further continue her tweet with, "I'd like to put up their worst photos on my twitter until they only start putting up my twitter photos when writing a story when there is NO story, just an awful photo posted with instead of a caption, they say I have erratic behavior when I do NOTHING wrong. There's NOTHING with my life, other than you putting up awful candid photo after photo. I'm working out, it's hard getting in shape with an eating disorder. Please follow me on twitter then look forward to be sued if you if say I have erratic behavior or am living my life wrong in anyway."

She also posted tweets bashing E! Online saying that she will also sue the showbiz media platform. Bynes tweeted, "@eonline please post my pics anytime! I had to shave my head because of hair damage from someone @JohnBarrett so I'm not loving my paparazzi pics for a few years! I have extensions but you can see them! Loving your shows but suing you for spreading lies about me on your website!"
