Eminem's 2013 album is supposed to drop after Memorial Day. With Memorial Day come and gone, what's the hold up?

Maybe it has something to do with Eminem and 50 Cent's lawyer being arrested, or Skylar Grey's album release.

Randall Cutler is an entertainment lawyer who has represented Eminem and 50 Cent—as well as White Plains Mayor, Adam Bradley.

Cutler was arraigned yesterday on a felony weapons charge and other misdemeanor charges, reports Newday.

Cutler, 43, was in a dispute with is brother this past November when the police were called.

When officers arrived at his home in Bronxville, they found more than a half dozen guns and other weapons.

Cutler was arraigned in state supreme court in White Plains on Wednesday and was released on $50,000 bail. He's due back in court on September 4.

Have the charges against Cutler kept Eminem from releasing his eagerly anticipated eighth studio album?

Another Eminem rumor surrounding his much-talked about 2013 album release concerns his Interscope partner, budding singer-songwriter, Skylar Grey (formerly Holly Brook).

Skylar's album, Don't Look Down is set for a release on July 9 this summer on KidinaKorner Records, but also Eminem's Shady/Aftermath/Interscope Records. 

With Eminem already scheduled to go on a world tour this summer and with label-mate Skylar Grey releasing her album on July 9, it stands to reason Eminem's still-untitled eighth studio release will come a couple weeks after Grey's release, but before his tour in August starts.
