On January 21, Kim Kwang Soo, the CEO of Core Contents Media, said, "I am creating a fan club for T-ara, because I feel that they have trully become a popular girl group."

Kim Kwang Soo did not open a fan club, because his philosophy is, "A popular artist should not be limited to a specific group of fans, instead they should receive love from the general public."
