According to a Reddit user, Google Earth's Street View cameras captured a breakup in Southern California. But does his story match with the image?

User lpmark04 on Reddit.com said the picture was taken during the "glorious moment when my buddy kicks his now ex-gf out of his house."

The picture was taken a few years ago outside of Ipmark04's friends house, the user claims. It depicts a woman standing beside her car with her belongings strewn across the curb.

The user goes on to describe the captured end to his friend's relationship: "A little backstory: this picture was taken a couple years ago since they have been broken up for a while now. My buddy no longer lives in the same town as me but I became aware of this recently by his brother who is currently my coworker. I find this even more hilarious because I actually knew this girl, as me and my then-gf, her and my buddy used to double date occasionally," the Inquisitr reports.

Some commenters are not convinced of lpmark04's tale.

The picture shows the woman standing with her stuff on the street, with the trunk of her car open. But there appears to be car floor mats and lawn chairs laying on the ground. Some have asked, why would she remove her floor mats if her boyfriend kicked her out of the house?

Many speculate that the picture is not showing a woman mid-breakup, but instead showing her mid-cleanup.

User adamdidit2u said: "With her floormats on the street I'm going to go ahead and say this is just a girl cleaning out her car and OP is a filthy liar."

Another user, Digglesworth3rd, said it looked like someone cleaning after a vacation: "This looks like a girl coming home from the beach. Beach chairs, coolers and the floor mats are probably out so she can get the sand out of them.

User jlovinn agreed: "Looks to be a car being cleaned after returning from a trip to the beach."

"I call BS," user brooksyx added.
