Eminem New Album 2013 Rumors: Possible Olly Murs Colloboration?

Eminem's new 2013 album might feature an eclectic mix of producers, from Dr. Dre to No I.D, but the most bizarre collaboration might feature former X-Factor runner-up, Olly Murs, whose "Dear Darlin" was inspired by Em.

Olly Murs is an English singer-songwriter who recently revealed to 4Music that Eminem was the inspiration behind his newest single "Dear Darlin'."

"I always remembered the idea of Marshall Mathers and Eminem when he did 'Stan' - he was writing a letter. That was one of the ideas we had for this song. We said, 'The song should be called Dear Darlin' and it should be the start of writing a letter, that would be so cool'."

Olly Murs added: "This song was kind of a way of showing people that you don't have to text or tweet or Facebook. The old-school way of doing things is writing letters and I used to write letters to my girlfriends."

The ramp up to Eminem's 2013 album is in full swing, but Eminem has been shy about release dates and which artists will be featured on the new album.

One half of the hip hop duo with Eminem "Good Meets Evil," Royce da 5'9", said of the new album earlier this year, "I'm not so sure how the world is going to respond from some of the things that I've heard from him."

It's also confirmed that Eminem's good friend and labelmate, 50 Cent, will also be on the new album as will Eminem's D12 bandmates.

Skylar Grey might also make an apperance since they share a label and have worked together before.

But since Olly Murs is such a big fan, maybe Eminem will offer him a spot on the new album, either composing some backing tracks or singing the hook on a track.

He's reached out to musicians not normally associated with hip hop before, even in the song Murs said inspired him to write "Dear Darlin'. Dido sang the hook on "Stan," and even appeared in the music video.

And here's Eminem's "Stan"

So what do you think Eminem fans? Does Olly Murs get a chance to collaborate with his new favorite artist, Eminem, and when are we going to see his new album?

We've already seen he might go after Facebook, and all of Eminem's commercial plans might be getting in the way, but maybe he's just lining up musicians we don't normally associate with Eminem albums, and Olly Murs is getting a chance to write music for one of his new favorite artists?
