Was that a Cameron Diaz baby bump? Cameron Diaz’s boyfriend had nothing to do with it. Blame it on Cameron Diaz’s makeup team who fitted her with a fake pregnancy bump for the new movie she’s shooting in midtown Manhattan, “The Other Woman.”

Pictures of Cameron Diaz’s baby bump were leaked to the internet, along with pictures of Cameron Diaz kissing her co-star Taylor Kinney on the set of their upcoming romantic comedy “The Other Woman.” The pics showed Cameron Diaz, 40, wearing a white long-sleeved dress and nude heels kissing Taylor Kinney, who was wearing sunglasses.

This isn’t the first time Cameron Diaz, who was recently named the number one highest-paid actress for female stars 40 and over, has been photographed wearing a fake pregnancy bump. She also sported a pregnant belly in her 2011 film, “What to Expect When You're Expecting.” In real life, though, the foxy star is not in any hurry to have kids, or get married.

Cameron Diaz isn't ready for MILF-status. Diaz recently told the British press "I'm not sitting there going, 'Oh, my God, when am I going to get married? When am I going to have a baby? I would be remiss if I was living my life wishing I had something other than what I have. If, one day, I am blessed with the experience of having a child, I would be overjoyed, but I am not sitting here feeling empty because I haven't yet, or that I may not."

Diaz is single at the moment. Her last reported serious relationship was when she was dating Alex Rodriguez, the Yankees third baseman and shortstop, who dated Diaz from July 2010 to September 2011.
“The Other Woman” will be released on April 25, 2014. The film also stars Leslie Mann, Kate Upton and Nicki Minaj.
