ToonTown codes are used to get special limited-time items from the online world from Disney. To enter a code, a player just need to go to the Enter Code tab located on the Options & Codes page in his or her Shticker Book. When the code is typed in and entered, the toon will automatically get a gift that is mailed by the Toon Council into the player's mailbox. However, some of the codes listed here may not be working already because of limited time availability. For players who still want to try out the existing ToonTown codes, they are listed below (pulled from ToonTown Wikia):

Turn Your Toon to a Polar Toon - this Toontown cheat will make your toon huge. Just go to the Brrrrrgh and go down to the Polar Place to look for a store named Hibernation Vacations. Go inside the store, walk up to the clerk and use speedchat phrase "Howdy!" Your toon will automatically turn to a large and colorless toon while you are in the Brrrrrgh or until you decide to logout.
Make your toon float - one of the ToonTown cheats which can be used if you are in the CFO battle, try to look around the room if your side defeated the waves of Cogs first. Go to the side of the room with the elevator you used before you came in through. Jump near the elevator and you will find your toon floating in the little area that is beside the elevator.
Reverse the controls - This amazing ToonTown cheats will impressively reverse the functions of the controls. Go to the pond in your estate from which you can fish. Look for a mini sewer-like object connected to the pond. It can be found on the right side towards the stream. Jump onto the other one and the controls will be reversed while you are riding on it. Up will be backward and down control will bring you forward.
With ToonTown, you can create your own cartoon characters called Toons. Members of Toontown can paint them with any colors they want, give them creative and funny name and send them to various adventures in the world.
