This past week EXO won their first music show since their debut, and the news brought the 12 members to tears on stage.

On Friday, June 14 the combined twelve-member boy band EXO joined the list of K-Pop idols who have taken the number one spot on a live music show in South Korea with their song "Wolf."

From their debut on April 8, 2012 with the song "Mama" to their latest single's win on KBS's Music Bank last week, EXO had been working hard for 432 days. And just how does that timeline match up with other K-Pop idol groups?

At well over the one year mark, and around the same time frame as EXO, are INFINITE who got their first win on M! Countdown on September 1, 2011 for the album Paradise 488 days after their initial debut.

Quite a few groups hovered around that one year mark before achieving their first win. Among them are Big Bang who took 350 days before finally winning and After School with 337 days after their debut before their first win.

In the under 100 days group are Davichi at 98 days, Girls' Generation who won 66 days after debuting, FT Island with 53 days and TVXQ (in the heyday of the five member group) at 51 days.

One of the quickest wins in the biz was miss A, who holds the title for fastest girl group to get the number one distinction on a music show. The four-member girl group won with their first single "Bad Girl Good Girl" just 21 days after its release.

As far as male groups go, CNBLUE will be hard to match. They won their first music show just over two weeks (15 days) after their Korean debut with the incredibly popular song "Loner."

And solo rookie singer Lee Hi has the fastest count of them all - 12 days. Her first single "1.2.3.4" earned her a win a mere 12 days after her debut.

And what about all those idols still waiting to win?

U-KISS is maybe the saddest example of a K-Pop group working hard and performing well in the charts and with album sales, but still have yet to win a music show. The group made their Korean debut on August 28, 2008, making it a whopping 1754 days without a win.
