Justin Bieber Hits Paparazzi With Ferrari Cleared Of Hit & Run Charges [Video]

Justin Bieber was leaving the Laugh Factory with Lil' Twist last night around 11:45 pm when he appeared to pin a paparazzi against a parked car. Rather than stop, Bieber drove on oblivious to the possible hit and run.

We've got video of the hit and run down below, but according to an update by TMZ, police will not charge the 19-year-old after his already infamous white Ferrari appeared to nick a paparazzi as he was coming out of the Laugh Factory last night.

The LAPD launched an investigation into possible criminal charges because Bieber kept driving at the paparazzi yelled out.

Bieber seems to have a problem on the road and is continuously getting into trouble for speeding, and other dangerous maneuvers in a car.

Most famously when his neighbor, retired NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, sped to the pop star's house and accused him of speeding in their ritzy Calabasas, California neighborhood.

Bieber got tattled on by his neighbors--including Keyshawn Johnson--after he was allegedly seen speeding in the neighborhood even while children played on the side of the road.

Most suburban parents know that speeding along those streets is a big no-no, regardless of whether you're an international music star.

After that last incident in Bieber's neighborhood, rapper Tyler the Creator, admitted he was the one behind the wheel when the same white Ferrari that hit the paparazzi last night, was seen speeding through Bieber's Calabasas community.

The police investigated the speeding claims and looked to charge him with reckless driving, but were unable to make the charges stick and Bieber got off with a warning.

After the LAPD became involved in last night's possible hit and run, the police have no cleared Bieber of any wrong-doing, according to an update at TMZ.

The LAPD interviewed Bieber and his representatives and he's been cleared of any charges, but let us know whether you think Bieber hit this paparazi, or if just a case of the gossip merchant overreacting. Here's video of the event:
