Kanye West’s new album for 2013, “Yeezus,” is moving quickly on the charts, but in the wrong direction. Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s baby pics could fetch them $3 million, but team Kimye turned it down. With Kanye West’s new album hitting the skids, Kim Kardashian might be getting her camera out.

Kanye West's new 2013 album “Yeezus” hit Number One on Billboard charts in its first week, but the celebration was short-lived. The new Kanye West album was hit by charges over overhype. Lou Reed liked it, the legendary underground New York City guitarist and singer praised the album hightly. But Kanye West’s new album is taking a tumble.

This sudden drop in the charts comes right after we learned that West and girlfriend Kim Kardashian got a $3 million dollar offer for photos of their new baby, the Illuminati-named North West. They turned it down to protect their baby from having photos released.

Critics have been blasting Kanye for his ego and extreme confidence that he’s put on display in recent interviews and this may be some blowback. Nieslen Soundscan ratings show that “Yeezus” suffered the fourth largest drop in the charts in U.S. history.

Kanye West sixth solo album was released on June 18. It hit the charts running, landing on top of the U.S. and UK album charts. But Nielsen Soundscan said “Yeezus'” sales plummeted 80% in its second week. This beats the previous dubious record-holder, Madonna's MDNA.

Lou Reed called Kanye’s new album "majestic and inspiring." He told USA Today"He keeps unbalancing you. He'll pile on all this sound and then suddenly pull it away, all the way to complete silence, and then there's a scream or a beautiful melody, right there in your face. That's what I call a sucker punch."
