FX's hit horror anthology "American Horror Story" season 3 is still a few months away, but cast updates have fans going abuzz, particularly with Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, and Taissa Farmiga.

As many fans of the actors may know, Evan Peters and Emma Roberts are a real-life couple. Which makes Roberts' last-second hire on "American Horror Story" all the more interesting.

One can't help but wonder if Evan Peters helped her land the job, after FOX passed on her TV pilot "Delirium." TV Line reports that the 22-year-old actress will play Madison, a party girl, which is not much to go on for season 3 of "American Horror Story." But given the season's expanding younger cast, it's likely the "Scream 4" star will have some screen time with boyfriend Peters.

Evan Peters is in an interesting predicament for season 3, as "Coven" will not only bring in his girlfriend, but it is bringing back former on-screen girlfriend Taissa Farmiga, who was last seen in season one of "American Horror Story."

The last time we saw Farmiga and Peters together, they were an on-screen couple, and initial theories believe that they might reprise the romantic aspect again.

But with Roberts newly added, will there be a love triangle in the mix?
