Authorities are searching for a tan 4-door 1995 Lexus ES300 with the New York license plate number GEX1377, which the police believe the bipolar mom might be driving. The police put out the Amber Alert after Marina Lopez, a bipolar mom, took her 7-month-old boy, Mario Danner, from the Harlem foster care facility that was taking care of him 2090 Seventh Avenue near West 125th Street at about 3:05 p.m. on July 16. The bipolar mom lost custody of her infant more than three months ago because of violence that was reported in her home. The bipolar mom was somehow able to slip him out of the foster care center after she had a supervised visit without immediate notice.

The bipolar mom Marina Lopez was last spotted wearing floral shorts and a pink shirt, she on foot in New York City. Authorities believe she may have gone to the Shorefront Parkway in Rockaway, New York. Children’s Services and the police issued an Amber Alert to find the 7-month-old baby boy and his 25-year-old mom. Amber Alert on the bipolar mom describes her as a Hispanic female, 5 foot 7 inches tall, about 130 pounds, with brown hair.

The baby, Mario Danner, is described in the Amber Alert as a Hispanic male, 20 inches tall, about 25 pounds with dark hair and eyes. He was last seen with his mother, wearing a gray t-shirt with black shorts.
