Allegedly, according a leaker on Pokejungle, 130 new Pokemon will be introduced in addition to a host of returning Pokemon to make up the complete Pokedex.
In addition, seven legendaries are rumored to appear in Pokemon X and Y.
"I don't know about events but there is 7 legendaries. Yveltal, Xerneas, the third of the trio which is Poison, a fairy-type trio based of nature spirits and another strange looking legend," writes the leaker.
"None of them have higher stats than Arceus. There is no reference to Yggdrasil in game and the main story isn't anything like that really. No fusion."
The fairy-type trio's types are allegedly Fire/Fairy, Ground/Fairy, and Water/Fairy.
And as far as the gym leaders, in addition to Viola (Bug), Clemont (Electric), and Grant (Rock) that are already confirmed, Danica (Fairy), Jet (Flying), Petunia (Grass), Blaise (Fire), and Lilith (Dark) will reportedly make up the 8 Kalos gym leaders.
Lastly, Elite Four will be reportedly composed of Elizabeth, Charles, Louis and Isabella. Their respective types will be Bug, Psychic, Ground, and Ice. The identity of the Pokemon Master was not revealed along with the Elite Four.
The thing to be aware of with leakers is that if they are legitimate, they are often compromising their job positions with Nintendo to provide the leaks for whatever personal reasons. Thus, no pictures have been provided to confirm the leaks, so the complete Pokedex, Elite Four, gym leaders, and legendaries are only words of a leaker at this point.
However, given the vast amount of knowledge this leaker has on Pokemon X and Y and his ability to come up with answers under intense questioning by Pokejungle visitors, these leaks seem very real and could portend to what X and Y could offer.
[UPDATE]: The leaker has admitted to falsifying these leaks in his/her blog post here.
