When a fan asked on IU's homepage, "Well you're not 160cm are you?" 
IU replied with a sense of humor, "Of course not. I'm 161.8cm tall." The star's comments on her own fan page was captured and put on Bbombu which later became widely distributed due to its massive online community. 

Fans have commented, "It's hilarious! I can just imagine her expression when she was writing that."
