Jennifer Lawrence Talks Hunger Games, Frankenstein and Snot at Comic-Con (Video)

Jennifer Lawrence interview about “Hunger” Games revealed some secrets about the sequel and the new “I, Frankenstein” movie she will be appearing in. Jennifer Lawrence also opened up at Comic-Con about snot, and how that could just kill a romantic scene. Especially if the scene didn’t start out that way.

The Academy award winning actress, Jennifer Lawrence, charmed Comic-Con at the panel. 6,500 people showed up at Hall H on Saturday afternoon watch the trailer for the new movie and hear Jennifer Lawrence make fun of herself. She said she felt something akin to post-traumatic stress while making the sequel to the “Hunger Game” blockbuster, “Catching Fire.”

The young actor said the hardest part of training for the film was running. Lawrence said "I tried not to hit myself in the face with my bow."

Jennifer Lawrence also joke about how a scene where she had to resuscitate her co-star Josh Hutcherson started to get steamy. Until "There was all this snot coming out of my nose and when I had to kiss Josh it went in his mouth and then I coughed and I wobbled it."

Lawrence talked about how her character has grown already. She said "[Catniss] lives a very different life [in Catching Fire]. She's struggling with post-traumatic stress from the Games. She has a very new life – she doesn't have to worry about food anymore in the Victors Village."

Jennifer Lawrence was joined on the panel by director Francis Lawrence, Hutcherson and fellow cast members Liam Hemsworth, Lenny Kravitz, Willow Shields and new additions to the team, Jena Malone and Jeffrey Wright.

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” also stars Elizabeth Banks, Josh Hutcherson and Woody Harrelson.
